- For orders created on or before 14-Oct 2025, customers may initiate a return by accessing the ‘My Orders’ page and selecting the relevant order.
- For orders created from 15-Oct 2025 onwards, customers will need to arrange their own return shipping to our Singapore warehouse address.

Returns from your online order can be made for a refund via your original mode of payment within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the returnable items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact. The return must also include a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBUSXXXXXXXXX), as well as a completed Returns Form which will be included in your package.
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned order has been dropped off. Delivery fees or custom duties/taxes, if any, won't be refunded.
Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

1. Inner wear (such as underwear) and items such as jewelry, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
2. All product(s) sold at marked down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
3. All full priced product(s) sold with promotional codes in which the terms attached to such promotions have been stated that exchange, refund and return is not allowed, are not eligible for exchange, refund or return,
4. All product(s) procured pursuant to any giveaways or contests shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
