If we are unable to reach you after the 3 delivery attempts, your parcel will be tagged as Return-to-Sender (RTS) and sent back to our warehouse.
Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to inform you about the return and guide you on the next steps. A refund will only be processed once we receive your confirmation.
